RC Replay — the website at rc-replay.dev and the RC Replay mobile app — lets you watch replays and live timing of radio-control (RC) car races. This policy explains what data we handle.

No account, no personal data

RC Replay has no sign-up or login. The mobile app does not collect, store, or transmit personal information about you. It reads publicly available race timing directly from myrcm.ch, everlaps.com and liverc.com.

Data sources

Race schedules, results, and live timing are public data published by myRCM (myrcm.ch), Everlaps (everlaps.com) and LiveRC (liverc.com). RC Replay is an independent viewer and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, myRCM, Everlaps or LiveRC.

Analytics (website only)

The rc-replay.dev website uses privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand traffic and performance. These do not identify you personally. The mobile app uses no analytics.

Notifications

On both the website and the mobile app you can optionally “follow” a driver to get a push notification when they are up next. This is off until you opt in on your first follow. If you opt in, we store your device’s push subscription — a browser push subscription on the web, or an Expo push token on mobile — solely to deliver those notifications. The list of drivers you follow is kept on your own device. You can stop any time by unfollowing or revoking notification permission.

Data sharing & retention

We do not sell or share your data, and we keep no personal profiles. Push subscriptions and tokens (if you opted in) are removed when they expire or when you unfollow.

Children

RC Replay is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect data from children.
